West Yorkshire Police Community Trust - small grants round 5 - deadline 15th Feb 08

The theme for this grants round is "Reducing anti-social behaviour". Projects most likely to receive support are those from groups whose aims are to improve community safety and reduce crime, who directly involve young people and who work with their local Neighbourhood Policing Team Constables and PCSOs.

Voluntary and community groups, small charities and not-for-profit groups canall apply. Up to 500 per organisation/ group is available in this round.

Neighbourhood Policing Team endorsement - One of the aims of the small grant programme is to assist groups to engage with their local Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT). To find out who your local contact is, visit the West Yorkshire Police website: www.westyorkshire.police.uk/npt/ or contact your local Police Station.

Applications without an endorsement by the Neighbourhood Policing Team will not be accepted. Please note that you should contact the Neighbourhood Policing Team at least 2-3 weeks before the deadline for applications.

The deadline for applications is Friday, 15th February 2008
