Youth Opportunity Fund and Youth Capital Fund - Bradford Youth Service


Application forms are now ready for distribution. The deadline dates for the Youth Opportunity Fund are: Round one - Friday 17th August (5pm) Round two - Friday 21st September (5pm). The Youth Opportunity Fund (YOF) and Youth Capital Fund are Government funds administered by Bradford Council's Youth Service, but it will be young people who get to decide how
the money is spent in their areas.

From the YOF guidance "This is a fund which is designed to have maximum impact on places to go and things to do for young people therefore we are looking to fund a small number of large projects, with up to a maximum of 100,000 per project. It is expected that bids will be a mixture of Youth Capital and Youth Opportunity funding initiated and run by young people. Funding for small projects of up to 5000 can be accessed through Bradford Youth Grantmakers" (BYG)
